Bad service
I have been using Rain since the beginning last year with no problems. On the 21/03/2023 I purchased another router and received it on the 24/03/2023. The router never worked since the day I got it, I reported it several times and they still debit the full amount the end of April. I haven't received any help and they keep on saying my issue will be escalated everytime I call. I'm really unhappy with the service that I am receiving.

10 May 2023, 14:06The router doesn't read the sim card. I have tested the sim on my older router and it is working 100%. The router is faulty, not settings on the router. One of your agents said they will send someone to repair or replace in the next 3 to 5 days since last week and I'm still waiting.
