BAD service

I dont understand how this is a pay as you go service . yet you debit for months that no service was provided for. The reason I took Rain was because i knew if i dont pay there is no service yet when i reinstate i get changed for the months i was offline. Jan and Feb 2023 i was debited 4 times in one month on my account. I want my MONEY back/.

kindly cancel it as of now. i dont want anything to do with rain. i mean its a month to month why do i have to wait another month of no service to pay probably tripple again. I want it cancelled end of march as i will not make any payments going forward
