BAD SERVICE
Paying for no SERVICE at ALL!!!!
I have been emailing, phoning, with just no responds, 2 accounts and still no one to assist me!!!!!
You always get excuses and always saying sorry for the problem and someone of the accounts will phone you back now, but with no call at all.
I am so fed up with this service and always speaking to someone that is not South African, typical situation of no SERVICE in AFRICA!!!!!

Rain responded with a telephone call and again promised that they will give me a call on the above issue yesterday 04/06/2025, and yes, all empty promises, no one called at all or followed up with this matter again.... I just can't deal with these people not providing a service and just making empty promises and no one can help you!!!!!! Welcome to AFRICA!!!!!!This is how we do business in AFRICA....
