Bad service
Iam not getting any service from rain network it's been 10 days now my router says connected without internet I've been calling customer service ever since without any help ref ***, ***,*** I would like to get my refund for the days I didn't get service from your network., Gwedoline street tower at Crystal park is down ever since I've been off line almost 2 weeks now

Rain has promised to contact me since nothing no email no phone call since 21st June till 02 July didn't have connection to internet, nothing has been credited debit order was in the 1st of July they took full amount of R499.00 nothing was credited back to me and I didn't receive any amount from you . If no help will have to take this to Ombudsman because it's day light ******* I've got all emails and ref I've send to you at rain .

Because now as I'm typing we are not connected since from 4 pm till now its 20:35 no connection to internet how do we handle your unstable connection? We don't even know when is gonna be back . I've been switching on nd off the router with no success.
