Bad service.

I subscribed to rain about 2 years ago. I had very good service for about 3 months. Steadily it got slower and slower. I submitted numerous complaints and was assured one of the agents would contact me. Still waiting. I was informed i should upgrade to a bigger package, which i did, and absolutely nothing changed. I tried to revert back to the original package and this was refused. I have been trying to contact them but no luck. They are still in lockdown. Very quick to remind you your bill is on its way and zap the money out of your account. Lucky to get up to 0.20mbps. I am not paying another cent to those ************. Will never reccomend them to anyone. THE WORST ISP EVER
