Bad service

Rain's service is so disappointing! Their calls and DMs on facebook are not going through, they blocked me from trying to reach out to them. I requested an immediate cancellation because we haven't had internet since the beginning of Nov 2023 and they have failed to assist with the issue but the monthly payments keep on going up! This is really unfair.
