BAD SERVICE

bought a 4G Data Sim from Rain, which I received on Wednesday 1st April 2020. I was told the Sim activation takes 2 to 24 hrs to activate after receiving an Sms from. But to date I have not received any Sms from Rain to confirm activation. This is unecepted as Rain already received my money in full and they are not providing the service in terms of their agreement. Resolution, need my Data Sim activated immediately.
