Bad service

Poor pathetic service i've ever experienced in my entire life. I've got their sim card from clicks; paid them R479 on the 20th of July. I struggled with the live facial recognition part to RICA. I logged so many queries all they do is close them without ensuring that the problem is solved. I'm still waiting and this is my second month since they received money from me and no service at all. I am hoping that one day they will refund me or activate my account.
