Bad service

I have never used rain before and as things stand I will never use them as they are difficult to get hold of their customer service is poor I paid for a sim on the 29/04/2020 and I have still not received it and I have requested assistance on their support and twitter account and no one has assisted me as yet. I have given up on the matter and if they taking the money I paid its fine but hope no one goes through what I am going through right now. Trash service.
