Bad service

I have a rain account was taken to Nudebts collection paid them up now I can’t get a hold of them on their email and telephone so I can get my paid letter and cancel my subscription with rain ,been trying to contact rain for assistance with contacting these people now rain has been saying my query has been taken forward since last month nobody has called nor emailed now the debts keeps accumulating rain is the worsts internet service provider I won’t recommend it to anyone 👎👎👎👎
