Bad service!

I have been asking for assistance with my internet connection for a while now. I received a call 2 days ago, only to be told that someone else will call me. No one has called me yet. I am struggling with my connection and I do not think this is right. This is REALLY bad customer service! This complaint has been going on since Friday!!!!! I have left messages on Instagram and Facebook and all they tell me to do is to take a speed test. Uhm, how does it help if no one follows up??!?!?!?!? Clearly your customers are not a priority!!!
