Bad service
Poor connection! Bad service from a technician that was supposed to come and assist me in my house. He called me once with a WhatsApp call and left! He showed no interest and no follow up from him. His name is Kgomotso Monama very unprofessional!

21 Nov 2024, 13:01I was promised that a technician will come to my house to oday before 12 pm. Until to now no one has contacted me as planned. I still have no access to internet connection! Such a bad experience with Rain! This is unacceptable!

22 Nov 2024, 14:05Day. 3 no technician ! I have been promised by x2 different managers that their technicians will be allocated to my case till now no update as i was promised. I am finally forced to cancel my subscription. Rain has been so unprofessional and *************! I don’t advise anyone to sign up for this ! Disappointed!

22 Nov 2024, 14:10I took this 101 days package 2 weeks ago and never had any connection yet will be expected to pay month end. Is that fair ? I have never had an internet . Rain has been calling and lying promising me a technician to come and help me. Is this how you treat your customers?
