Bad service

I'm so disappointed at the service I received from rain I haven't even started using they service but shem I see where I'm headed with this service in particular the CCD courier partners the delivery guy is useless for a lack of a better word, I app**** for they service on the 22 September they said it will be delivered today. I was doing night shift I was sleeping when they called at 10H59 I then saw they miss call I called them back at 11H15 he said I must wait at reception for 15 minutes or less he will come I waited and waited 3 hours later I decided to call him back he just told I will call back in a rude tone then hang up the call still now I'm still waiting , So rain if this is the service that we are going to get from you guys we might as well part ways I know it no necesssary you's guys fault but nooooo this is bad service your CCD courier guys are *******. order no: *** and my reference number rain644557.
