Bad service
Someone took a contract with Rain in my name. I have tried to try and get this resolved with them but they are not helping. Their debt collectors are harassing wanting me to pay. It is them that approved the contract with illegitimate documents. I’ve done affidavit and sent to them but still no recourse

30 Jul 2024, 15:30Unfortunately it was never delivered to me Phindiwe Makalima, I have never generated a Capitec Statement ever, lastly I do not reside in Tembisa as per the communication I got. It was allegedly signed for by a Maphosa who resides in Tembisa. As per affidavit, I NEVER took a contract with rain, my ID card has and is always with me. That is what I’m disputed. It was never signed for by me.
If possible please send me copy of signature to compare to my signature because it was definitely not ME!!
I have never used RaIn. Been using fibre from a different service provider for over 5 years!!
