BAD SERVICE
I had a Rain account on a month -on-month contract, year 2020/2021. They were super fast to deliver the router, but is taking them years to collect their router because I couldn't afford it anymore due to retrenchment, year 2022. I am so disappointed with SERVICE. Rain legal team said I am owing R2 849.87 and threatened to list me at credit bureau. PLEASE HELP ME. I AM NOT USING THEIR ROUTER since April 2022 AND THEY KNOW THAT. THEY SAID I MUST PAY EVEN IF I AM DISPUTING . CONTACT NUMBER: ***
