BAD SERVICE

I called in Rain requesting a a 5G wifi with two Sim cards, I asked the sales team or person about the network in my area I was adviced that I do have network, only to be ****med I called in several time and logged a call on their website or app but no help, only when I complain on Hellowpeter I got attantion, the wifi never worked and they deducted money from my account and promised to refund it's been 3 weeks now waiting after they collect the wifi router, very disappointed at RAIN PLEASE DON'T BUY RAIN ESPECIALLY I REMOTE AREAS
