BAD SERVICE!!!!

The worst service ever received from any company. I cancelled my subscription on 28 May. I am a pensioner and I cannot afford this anymore. They kept on trying to debit my bank account which cost me every time because I don't have suffucient funds. It seems like they simply refuse to cancel. I am absolutely livid. I received money in my account yesterday and to my utmost horror they put the payment through today!! All my money ****** for domething that was supposed to be cancelled. I requested a refund immediately, but they just cannot do it. My cancellation request has been sent to the so called retentions department again!! How many times do you have to request cancellation and not to put payments through ?? I want an immediate refund and cancellation comfirmation today!!! Not within the next 24 to 48 hours but today. I need those funds urgently.
