Bad service

I really like the answer that Rain gives everyone on a complaint ..... I am sure that no one ever got feed back or a call from them, you might get an email with a ref. but that`s about it. I cancelled rain and they collect the rooter and cables , now i`am waiting confirmation that this accounts closed. Still nothing since my last email six days ago. They got the worst service ever
