Bad service

I bought a sim from rain and there were seldom connection. In the same month I canceled the sim, never put it a device because I canceled. Never received a email that it was canceled, they still deducted monthly payments. Now that I query they want proof, proof of what and their service is that bad! Waisted my money and will never ever make use of rain.
