Bad service

Today my account was deactivated due to payment issues, when I made the payment it went through successfully. It been hours and still my account is deactivated, I can't even get proper customer service from them. No agent has made contact to me. I'm extremely disappointed at the service. Since I've made payment my account should be automatically activated.
