Ive been strugling with my internet for almost a year now and every time i contact Rain they always have this Ai that keeps telling me to do the same stuff over and over again and is of no help they keep logging tickets that doesnt get resolved and charging me almost R900 for under 30mbps download and upload speed

Less then 30mbps download and 4 to 8mbps upload speed and its bee like that for almost a year if it isnt longer...and i kept complainig and you been making a whole lot of empty promises and stil do

Just got home and guess i had to put you on hello peter first for you to fix my problem cause all of a sudden my speed is what is should be🤨hope it stay this way cuase i will be checking it every day

Just like i said you just fixed the problem for a few days now im strugling even more with speed less then 10mbps upload and download and you still have the oddesity to send me email that i should make sure i have enough money for my next payment........pathetic and bad sevice

6 days and my is wifi still down😡fast to deduct money bad on custermer service......come on guys
