I signed up onto your network yesterday and have to say the agent that aigned me was excellent very professional and one of the reasons o didnt hesitate to sign up with your network. Today i regret having signes uo after the trearment i recieved or didnt recieve from your service provider i think RAM using the following number +***, the female calls me to inform me that their at my gate to make a delivery, when asked how they can come and deliver but ive not recieved any notification as stated in the confirmation email,attached, that a sms ,that was never sent, will be sent with a tracking number. When asked if they can wait as im at a funeral in SOWETO and can be there in 15 minùtes she insisted ill recieve my parcel Monday 17-05-2021. I dont know if were expected to sit around waiting for RAM to deliver at only they know what time, ive paid my dues but dont have my parcel ? You need to do something abbout the non existant custemer service provided by your agent to your paying customer they tarnish and ***** your company name by not being professional. I demand something ve done for the lack of service ive recieved from your service provider. Ive attached communication from emails sent from you regarding the correct methods of communication.
