Bad service
Has anyone ever received help after laying a complaint on their 5g router having no connection. I got my 5g router on Monday and until now I do not have connection. I called rain to get this issue sorted but until I have not heard back from them. I should have known that I would be in this situation when the person who was assisting me did not know when they would get back to me.
