Bad service

I have sent multiple requests for my router to be checked because most of the time I have no connection. All response I get is that I should move my router to a different location. I have been moving it around and still nothing. I think my router is faulty as I hear a strange buzzing noise coming from the device. I need someone to come out and check my router or replace it. If I don't get someone out hear to check the router or replace it I will have to cancel my subscription. I can't pay for something that I can't even use.Every month when they take their money then for two weeks there will be no network and when you call them they put the phone off. Kind regards

Good day.

Please do not tell lies as I had my phone with me the whole day yesterday awaiting a call from you guys.
I dont need you guys to call me I need a technician to come out and have a look at the device as I mentioned there is a funny buzzing noise coming from the router. So I am suspecting that the device is faulty.

Good day .I just received the router but just like I expected it is not working you guys phone us and tell us a whole lot of b*s* and and tell us how we should come on hellopeter and give a good review for bad service we receive from rain I would like to know why you guys came out to fetch the router that was not working right and brought a router that doesn't even work yet at the beginning of every month you take your full money the new route I just received today is an old route its been 2 hours since I received the router and no lights to show its working I won't recommend rain to anybody the service bad.

The device is puged into a wall socket and powerd on.
I have been trying to sent the screen shots to *** as requested and it says that my message has been blocked. How do you guys explain to me that you guys send a replacement router that is in a worst condition as my previous router. I can not make sense of it. Is this wat your service has come to. My word the service is beyond bad. The conversation over the phone said that the router will be replace with a new one. Not this piece of **** thing that is beaten up scratched and cracked. The lights go on but no signal lights. I need this router to be picked up and replaced with something proper. I pay my subscription every month infull and on time. I need this sorted ASAP.

Good day To whom it may concern.
I called in this morning after you guys refused to assist me with my network problem and was told that a technician would come out to help but it's been more then 5 hours and no one came out so what should I do now because when it comes to the first for you guys to take your money then you guys are fast to take it but when we call in and Email you can't even assist what a **** network provider.... really

Hi thank you for getting back to me I don't think the 13.12 2024 is good enough I've been with out wifi since Sunday and you still want me to wait one more day I need the technician to come out today , when it's time to bill me you bill me the full amount you won't bill me 6days short you will bill me the full amount .

Hi it's been now 3day since I requested for help and no one can help me buy everyone else gets the help they need from you guy what a disappointment to your customers but when it comes to taking their money they never disappoint can someone give me a call or just come and take you **** up route.....
