Bad service

Really disappointing service from Rain, having a debit order with them means nothing, when you log a ticket, you are told you will be contacted and nothing has happened, a month later, still experiencing the same problem and nothing is being resolved, no one calls you back or even emails you regarding the tickets you raise and when you call the agent simply tells you the ticket has been escalated please wait, wait, wait, I guess we waiting for Jesus and Rain at this point.
