Bad service

When it comes with service delivery they are horrible, I spoke to Cathy who requested that I validate but refused to give me full name and surname told me it's business rule, she pretend like she is helping me but she knows that I can't be reconnected that time am up to date, month end they will still bill me full amount but I struggle with connection at this point I want to cancel the contract
