Bad service
Terrible customer service
I called in last month to reduce my monthly payment and the agent who was assisting me told me that they will reduce the connection and i will pay R500 to my suprise I was debited R700 that i don't afford anymore 🥺🥺🥺 i will have to go to the bank to stop the debit so that you cannot debit anymore just because you dont want to reduce coverage.....
