bad service
the level of service with rain is nothing but a nightmare so much even their own agents are suggesting that I should change my service provider cause the network is not working. to tell short story apparently during peak hours there is high traffic of users which I understand but it is no excuse for me to be getting 0.01mb download speed and have to wait 30min to download a 5mb file even the old GPRS was not that bad. to be honest rain is pathetic that the word don't even cover it!

30 Jan 2021, 15:07Good day to be honest I doubt if there will be anyone that will contact me cause it has always been the issue with getting back to your customers, with that being said take it from someone that knows a bit of business when it come to service, make sure you keep the customers that you currently have before you run out of business cause if we all go then you will have no business, you knew for a fact that you are going to have more customers coming so you where supposed to get ahead of the problem and upgrade your traffic on your towers to accommodate more a stop making excuses cause they are getting old and boring!
