Bad service

Very bad service, our sim was switched of March and STILL they charge us for these two Months! First they said we only owe R178 after numerous calls to try and pay them, even asking for a bank account to pay it into, no luck. Now they say we suddenly owe over R900. I had so much hope, dissapointed.
