Bad service

Irs been months this Rain useless network gave me problems. The last call centre agent Mnwabisa was so rude.. I asked her whats her name she said like she said Mnwabisa. Would i ask for your name if I knew it. And tje nerve to calll me over and over when I told her I'm done talking to her.. I will never ever recommend anyone to use this network. So useless and no help at all. If you know the coverage is not good why take my money every month. Pathetic service.
