Bad service

I ordered rain on Tuesday I spoke to Bradley then everything was done I paid for it and they said it's going to take 3 5 say to deliver then ccd courier send me an sms to track my order I called ccd to found out when is my order going to be deliver they told to me that I said I made it for the bext Tuesday I said not they said they are excaleting the matter with rain until today no one has communicated with me I'm so bored abt this service of both rain and ccd
