Bad service

I ordered and paid for the 4G/5G, within 3 Days I received my router after I paid but from there it was downhill all the way. According to the site I have coverage but my WiFi is 80% off and when I have it so slow you can’t do anything. Due to circumstances I’m working remotely from home but with this bad service I can’t get any work done.
