Bad Service

I had a very good experience with Rain at the beginning. The network was faster and reliable. Challenge came when i had to move to another province where there's no rain coverage. I tried calling them to let them no and no one picked up my calls. I sent emails to notify them that i would like to cancel as there is no rain coverage where i have relocated to. and still, there was no response. They only responded when they could not receive any payments. I do accept for them to bill me for the April usage as i relocated in my may but now they want me to pay for the remaining months in which i never used their router. I am now being harrased by them. The only amount i am willing to pay is for the April one and other than that i cannot pay for something i have not used. and for that i am very very fedup.
