Bad service
Rain refusing to cancel my account and don't want to assist me as they promised last month we spoke about this and the assistant I got doesn't allign with the agreement we had as they ask me to make payment on the 20 of November 2024, but on the 23 of November 2024 my Rain account was not recognizing my payment. I sent email tried calling no one is willing to assist me reference number ***6
