Bad service
Not nice experience after good service I got now I'm struggling with this WiFi and is now 8 days don't know what's happening and I have been sending massages but no reply what should I do?

04 Aug 2022, 06:39Now I can say I'm receiving a bad customer service from Rain because no one cares but I paid what kind of service is this is now 10 days without internet access are you going to solve this issue or get my refund and cancel the whole deal and look for another service provider? Make me aware if you can't assist so I can make another alternative please. I'm tired of sending emails and sms's cause is useless.
