Bad service

I am very disappointed with this rain service provider I have stopped using it two months ago and they have cut of my WiFi but they still billing me for something that am not using anymore and it was never communicated that if u not using it you need to call to cancel it,I have been call them since Monday and no 1 is willing to assist me I was told that someone will call me with in 2 hours but it has been three days now they are very *********** and don’t communicate properly with they clients and as far as I know I didn’t sign a contract with them so I don’t understand y I have to pay for something that am not using and as per Google you pay after u have used the service on a month to month basis and if you fail to pay they terminate ur self not continue billing you
