Bad service

Their service is very poor,they don't care about their customers at all,had an issue with my internet connection, called several times spoke to different people who all made me to hold till I had to put the phone down, left a voicemail message for them to call me back,I sent an email and got no response, I had to disconnect the router and app**** for MWEB fibre, very disappointed I must say with Rain
