Bad service

So I've got the 5G umlimited outdoor wifi and I've been having problems since last week either no network or network slow and as this is my bussi WiFi it's effecting my business by not working properly, I called on Saturday as it became worse, to ask for a technician to be send out or for my router to be exchanged as that one may be faulty, I was td by operator she will try to sort it out but till today nothing has been done, really this is pathetic service,

Hello so I got the outdoor router taken down from my place of business and the router is dead it's not going on so I called Wednesday and asked for a replacement product there said courier will contact me bt I've not received it any call or msg from couriers, so now cn you arrange delivery for me ASAP as this is urgent.

Hi so you send me this reply yesterday and I was told the thing last week Wednesday which is a week, now the relevant department which was suppose to contact never did since last week Wednesday how *********** are you guys being a professional company and all cause no one gets back to me you and informs about the progress seriously I'm ****en ****ed of today I want my device delivered
