Bad service

I haven’t had network since yesterday morning at 06 am but the seem to be no resolution to the matter since yesterday, I need to do my work and the kids can’t watch TV where the is little connection I it not suitable as in top of the window and my PC reach the. Why is it disconnected from the previous tower? Please assist with restoring my connection.
