bad service

for the past 3 days i can not connect to the internet, no communication was ever sent to say why they are not providing internet. I have been using Rain from April 2022, with no issue, but as of late since December the service has been poor. If your lucky you might connect for 1 hour, and when there is load shading their towers are always down. We are loosing business because of you. am paying R700 for a service that is not been provided and am loosing business on the other hand. their call center take for ever to answer and they keep promising they will phone you back and they never do. Useless ISP.
