Bad service

I have bought 5g home router on 3rd of October its been 2 weeks waiting for delivery. I spend money to call them no feedback every day. Your service is bad😡😡😡😡😡. I spend too much money on data while waiting for tge router.

When you call ask the consultant about your order they hang up on you. As if i am using their airtime. They can't even escalate to the manager or team leader.
