Bad service
Worst company to have wifi with. Logged a call everyday and still. No resolution. I asked for a new router and keep on being told they must troubleshoot first, yet for the last week I have gotten no assistance. Your agents are pathetic

15 Sept 2026, 11:53So I have to reapply for a service I already have, what madness is that. So basically I have to sit with bad wifi while you collect money and I restart every 20 minutes because you can’t fix the issue
