Bad Service

I have no Internet Connection since yesterday afternoon, I have called the Call Center numerous times yesterday and today and they all keep on giving me no valid feedback, APPARENTLY the matter has been escalated, since yesterday afternoon however nobody has any feedback from the Technicians, they do not even know if a Technician has worked on the Tower, every time my Internet connection is down and I call the Call center they give me the same excuse ''The Tower is down'', so if the Tower is always down why is it that Rain does not repair the Tower effectively to avoid these issues! I received very bad service from all the call center agents as none of them knew when the connection will be resorted or what or if a Technician was repairing the connection. I even had a call with their Superior, who could not even assist me as he himself didn't have any feedback, what is the point of having a Call Center when nobody knows anything!
