Bad service

Good evening,i have had bad connection with my internet for the past 3 weeks,i have contacted rain and correspondence via phone was that technical support will resolve the issue i have receivedemails to wich i rep**** but nothing changed,my biggest upset is that the wifi lag so much that nothing can be watched and it worsen as the night goes on,with only my tv running it still buffers to a point to where i put it off and go to bed,if the issue cannot be resolved i will be forced to cancel them as i pay alot of money for nothing
