Bad Service

Rain delivered its 5G Router on the 1st of July till today the 10th I'm not connected. Called them several times always telling me the that someone is working on my query. Bad service provider. It's either the sales agent **** that I have coverage when I don't have. Spoke to the other guy on the 7th said they will deliver the new sim till todayim still waiting for the new sim.

I regret sending that call back request.
