Bad service

Good day We received our router from Rain and the first two or three months, things was great. But we hardly had any service from beginning of December. I logged numerous calls. And only after I cancelled the subscription I was told that the tower in our area was down. I asked for a statement to see how long I actually used the service, but no response. They also asked me to pay for a service I was not getting from them. I will never recommend them to anyone.
