Bad service

I have never in my life experienced such poor service.. I ordered the rain sim in December 2020 already and only received it now in February 2021 after numerous calls to rain and ram. My sim is the uncapped R479, after that the sim would not work.. I called in twice and they told me they keep escalating the call. The 3rd time I called they told me they can't transfer me to technical support and that it seems am having a connection issue with the simcard. The consultants in place are no help what so ever.. all they do is say sorry and that they will escalated. I even send my complaint to hello Peter and still no response from rain. Today I call again 3 months down the line, they advice that they had sent me an email asking if am connected already and if not I should answer a few questions.. Can I add that the questions asked on the email are the questions that were asked when they told me the issue would be escalated.. Am sick of this service, no one is better at rain everyone gives bad poor service.. Today I also tell them it's better I cancel this and want my refund coz the sim never ever worked.. Guess what, they will escalate ref *** and am thinking they gonna send an email again..
