Bad service

I asked for a call back Sunday for Monday,whilo of Monday no body called. Today I requested for a call back again in the morning and late afternoon,still no body called. I must now buy data because the netwrk is bad. It does this everytime during these dates,when it's close to my pay day and debit date. It's even hard to work as I work in a call centre. Your prices have increase but no change in your network.please get me a pole cz all your suggestions have not worked.
