Bad Service

We have been without internet for the past two days. Yesterday when I called to find out what's wrong I was told that the towers in our area are offline. Toady when I called they are not allowed to help me.

Why can you help with information the one day and the next day not?

No updates from Rain on what the problem is!!! Absolutely not the best customer service.

I would gladly change service provider
