Bad service

I paid 470 fur 4G unlimited and the sim card never worked, I chechek for coverage in my area prior to purchasing a sim and they said I have coverage but then boom no connection from day one since my Sim arrived got activated and Ricard, I did not use their data but never recieved my money ba k, so sad.
